How will my shipment arrive? How long will it take?
Johnny’s ships all domestic orders via UPS Ground. There is a 7-12 business day delivery time. UPS will send a tracking number to the email address that you provided. This number is active 12 hours after your package leaves our facility.
How much is shipping? Do you charge a handling fee?
We make every effort to keep shipping prices affordable for our customers. Shipping rates are based on weight; provided by UPS or USPS in real-time. A small handling fee is added to cover the cost of packaging. You are provided the exact cost to ship your package before you confirm the order.
Do you ship to countries other than the U.S.?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and some other international locations. We exclude some countries due to hassles with customs and the resulting high shipping rates.
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes we ship to to APO and FPO addresses. Please provide your correct address format in the comments box at the bottom of the checkout page.
Why can’t I find Johnny’s products at my local grocery store?
It is up to the store to order Johnny’s products from us. There is limited space on the shelves; each store has to make the decision what products to put on their shelves as well as what will appeal to their customers. If you request the product with the grocery manager, they may bring it into the store. All stores have access to Johnny’s products.
Why can’t I find your product at my local club warehouse?
Johnny’s 18oz Garlic Spread & Seasoning AND Johnny’s 48oz dressings/marinades are sold exclusively at these warehouses. It is up to them to place an order with us. We have not stopped them from purchasing our Products.

How do I read the code date on the bottle?
The date on the seasoning label is a pull date which reflects 730 days (2years) from the date of manufacture. The date on the dressing label is also a pull date, which reflects 365 day (1year) from the date of manufacture.

Reads: 36th day of 2010(pull date)
Dressing label example: 05FEB09
Reads: February 5, 2009(pull date)
Do your products contain MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)?
Some of our products contain MSG. When MSG is directly added to a product, it is always labeled in the ingredient statement. Because we are constantly improving our products, we encourage you to read the ingredient statement on our packages at the time of your purchase. Thorough allergen cleansing is performed between products.

Some of our products contain Gluten. When a product contains gluten, it is always clearly shown on the label. Thorough allergen cleansing is performed between products.

There is no minimum order for retail customers. However, if you order 12 of the same item you receive a 10% discount on that item.
