Spicy Roast Beef
Start by making several slits on the roast. Then rub peppercorn, dry mustard, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt and Johnny’s Great Caesar Garlic Spread and Seasoning on top of roast. In a small bowl mix wet ingredients. Place roast in crock-pot or slow cooker. Pour wet ingredients over roast and cover. Cook for 8 to 9 hours or until done to your liking.
3 lbs. beef rump roast
3tbl balsamic vinegar
1tbl ground peppercorns
¼ cup soy sauce
2tsp Johnny’s Garlic Spread
2tbl Johnny’s Au Jus Concentrate/Powder
2tsp Johnny’s seasoning Salt
2tsp dry mustard
Garlic Bread Mix 3 tablespoons Johnny’s Garlic Spread and 1 cup butter or margarine softened to room temperature. Spread evenly on bread and bake at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes (until heated thoroughly). For a softer texture, wrap bread in aluminum foil before baking. Store remaining blend in refrigerator.
Prawns Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of dry Garlic Spread with ½ cup of margarine-melt in glass bottom dish. Add 1 to 2 pounds of prawns. Bake at 350°F until prawns are cooked thoroughly. Baking time varies depending on size of prawns. Serve prawns and sauce over rice.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes Instant mashed potatoes made per directions. Add margarine and Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning per taste.
Garlic Ranch 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon Johnny’s Seasoning Salt. Mix well and serve with your favorite vegetables
Dressing Mix 2 teaspoons Garlic Spread, 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 teaspoon Johnny’s Seasoning Salt ( or plain table salt).
Garlic Cream Cheese 1 Tablespoon Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning per 1 cup cream cheese. Use on wraps, chips, veggies, crackers, baked potatoes etc.
Chicken Caesar Pizza Heat over to 450°. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in medium skillet. Add 3/4 lb chicken (cut in strips), sprinkle with Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning and cook thoroughly. Spread pizza crust with 1/2 cup Johnny’s Great! Caesar Dressing, top with chicken, 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts (sliced), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Bake in oven until done.
