Spicy Chicken Wrap
Serves 5
 
Ingredients:
4 lbs bonless, skinless Chicken
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1 cup Jamaica Me Sweet Hot & Crazy
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tbs salt
2 tbs Garlic Spread & Seasoning
2 tbs Jamaica Me Crazy Seasoned Pepper
Enhancement Ingredients:               
tomato slivers
lettuce leaves
Tortilla - heated
Cliantro - tear
2 to 4 TBS Jamaica Me Sweet Hot & Crazy
(to drizzle over finished wrap before rolling)
 
  1. Mix Jamaica Me Sweet Hot & Crazy and eggs in mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and dry seasonings. Transfer dry mix to a dinner plate.
  3. Dip chicken in egg and sauce mixture, then roll chicken in dry mix. Discard eggs and sauce after all chicken is coated.
  4. Add Canola oil to a deep, heavy skillet. Heat on medium-high to about 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Reduce heat to medium. (Individual stoves vary, you may need to adjust the setting to maintain your cooking temperature). Carefully place prepared chicken in oil and fry for 10 minutes on each side.
  5. After Chicken is cooked thoroughly, cut into strips.
  6. Place cut chicken on tortilla with tomato slivers, lettuce, cilantro, and drizzle with fresh Jamaica Me Sweet Hot and Crazy sauce. Roll and serve.
